This department I built from ground zero, everything from working schedule, human resources , to finance allocation and budgeting, office space,… Then the working forces join , but some take it for granted ! Damn! I feel so lonely when having to care so much, to give to much and nobody gives back! I feel so let down when sometimes I feel I cannot control this fucking team!
